Road to Ambition

And you are?

I'm a 30 year old woman living in Canada and life is good. Except...I feel like I would be happier if I was thinner. I can't tell you how betrayed I feel by that idea. It's tough thing for me to reconcile. I'm generally an independent, purpose driven, free thinking woman who tries not to let people's B.S. ideas and expectations about their bodies and lives get me down. But this, for whatever reason, sticks. And digs. And pick pick picks at me.

So, the question is: am I buying into the hype or is this what I really want?

[I'm nowhere near as serious as any of this sounds, but these serious questions can be pretty distracting.]
